Meadow Mushrooms has been growing with New Zealand for over 50 years - something that’s been possible thanks to the support of the many communities we’re part of. That’s why it’s important to us that we give back to these communities.

For us, nourishment isn’t just about sharing our mushroom-goodness, but about feeding people’s minds, bodies and souls. From partnering with the food industry or promoting the arts, to supporting local schools with mushroom growing kits and research-driven education at tertiary level, we back organisations who make a real difference to New Zealand.

Charitable trust Garden to Table runs a programme that teaches thousands of Kiwi kids practical and hands-on gardening, growing, food prep and cooking skills, linked to their school curriculum.  We love that it gives them a greater appreciation for food they've grown and cooked themselves - something we’re all about here at Meadow Mushrooms. Plus, we can see the wider impact of the programme, as kids take what they’ve learnt back to their homes and communities.  It's these community-wide benefits that encouraged us to get behind them as a sponsor.
