Mushrooms to schools is here!

This week was the debut of our fantastic new Meadow Mushrooms Growing Kits for schools 

June may have brought the cold weather, but excitingly, it also brought the launch of Meadow Mushrooms Growing Kits for schools and educational organisations.

We now offer hand-crafted growing kits that contain a mini-mushroom farm, growing instructions and recipe ideas to enable children to witness the interesting and fast process of fungi growth which will help them better understand the journey of farm to plate.

These boxes will teach children about the super-quick life cycle of our yummy mushrooms and will give them the chance to pick and eat our mushrooms straight from the box – a bit of a novelty!

We have a limited number of these boxes available each year which you can request here. We would love for all kiwi children to be able to experience these all around the country so we are mindful of even distribution.
