Gluten is a type of protein found in many grains such as wheat, barley and rye and has been commonly linked to symptoms relating to digestive health (gassiness, diarrhoea, stomach pain, bloating, constipation and nausea), as well as headaches, fatigue, or even irritability. 

Did you know… the compost that mushrooms grow in contains wheat straw, however this is completely gluten free. It’s only the wheat grain that contains gluten.
