Tasty Mushrooms on Toast

  • 500g Meadow Mushrooms White Buttons or Swiss Browns, sliced
  • 25g butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Toast

Method

  1. Heat a large frying pan. Add garlic & butter and cook briefly.
  2. Add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 mins.
  3. Add the lemon juice & parsley. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Serve on thick slices of buttered toast.
